By accessing or using Daily Quest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Quest is a task management and productivity application that helps users organize tasks, track progress, and achieve daily goals through gamification and AI-powered assistance.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Daily Quest offers a free trial and paid subscription:

• Free Trial: 3 days of full access to premium features
• Premium Subscription: $4.99 per month, billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sahar Ali and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI Features

The App includes AI-powered features for task organization and voice assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahar Ali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
